Welcome to our holiday apartment in Grünenbach in the Allgäu region!

Our 54 sq m apartment with 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom, and a combined living room and kitchen can accommodate up to 4 people.

Our fully equipped ground-floor apartment with a separate entrance and a small south-facing terrace is located on the southern edge of the village, in a quiet residential street.

Parking spaces and storage for bicycles and skis are available.

The village shop, the cheese dairy, and the savings bank are just a short walk away. Two charging stations for electric cars are located approximately 300 meters away.

A playground is in the immediate vicinity. A mini-golf course invites you to relax. In winter, you can access the groomed cross-country ski trail directly from the house.

Payment terms and -periods

A deposit equivalent to 30% of the total amount and any cancellation insurance shall be made within 7 days. The second payment shall be made no later than six weeks before departure.

If you pay in two installments, you will receive an email with a reminder to pay the second installment one week before its term expires. If you leave within six weeks, you must make payment in one installment. When leaving within 14 days, you must make payment in one installment via credit card or PayPal.
