The badroom is equipped with six hairdryers, six washbasins, six showers and six toilets.

The holiday home has six fridges.

Especially for (young) children, there is a cot and a high chair.

The kitchen is equipped with six coffee makers, six microwaves, two ovens and five dishwashers.

All units can be used independently – there is no shared common room. This makes the house ideal for families or groups traveling together who still value their privacy.

In summer, the nearby Badersee lake, clear mountain air, green meadows, and numerous hiking and cycling trails invite you to enjoy active days in nature. In winter, Grainau delights visitors with perfectly groomed ski slopes, cross-country ski trails, and winter walking paths right in the surrounding area. Payment terms and -periods

A deposit equivalent to 30% of the total amount and any cancellation insurance shall be made within 7 days. The second payment shall be made no later than six weeks before departure.

If you pay in two installments, you will receive an email with a reminder to pay the second installment one week before its term expires. If you leave within six weeks, you must make payment in one installment. When leaving within 14 days, you must make payment in one installment via credit card or PayPal.
