The holiday home for 3 persons has a bathroom and a bedroom and is equipped with two single sofa beds and two double beds. The holiday home is equipped with four heaters, a TV and a radio. In addition there are two balconies. You can park your car on a parking lot (for rent). The badroom is equipped with two showers, two washbasins and a hairdryer.

The holiday home has a freezer, a fridge, a tumble dryer and two washing machines.

Kitchen

The kitchen is equipped with a coffee maker, an oven, a dishwasher and a stove.

At the foot of the Zugspitze, with its magnificent mountain scenery and unique alpine lakes, something truly special has been created: the Zugspitzerei. A chalet with five exclusive apartments and a private wellness area, generously proportioned and featuring sheltered terraces, it enjoys one of the most beautiful locations in the Bavarian Alps, just a stone's throw from Austria, at the foot of Germany's highest mountain, within the district of Garmisch-Partenkirchen.

Built in traditional style using high-quality, healthy materials such as select natural woods, natural stone, and lime plaster, it was completed in 2021 and incorporates state-of-the-art technology, harmoniously integrated with the traditions of alpine architecture. Hand-brushed larch wood, exquisite oak floors, and oiled oak windows welcome residents with tasteful furnishings in this magnificent setting.

The chalet is situated in a very quiet yet central location, surrounded by spacious and, in some cases, very natural grounds, the likes of which are rarely found today.

The outdoor swimming pool, one of the most beautiful in the Alpine region, with an indoor pool, is within easy walking distance, as is the village center. The house is also easily accessible by public transport and is an ideal starting point for mountain enthusiasts and nature lovers of all kinds, whether for skiing, hiking, climbing, swimming, biking, or simply enjoying the magnificent natural surroundings in all their splendid beauty in every season.

The house offers two two-room apartments, two three-room apartments, and a large penthouse apartment with two bedrooms. From approximately December 2021, a comfortable fitness and wellness area will be available in the spacious, bright basement, featuring a sauna, shower, gym, relaxation room, and a large ski storage room. A washing machine and dryer are available for guests. All apartments feature high-quality fitted kitchens with an induction cooktop, oven, and extractor hood, dishwasher, microwave, and refrigerator with freezer compartment, as well as a coffee maker, kettle, toaster, fiber optic high-speed internet with Wi-Fi and LAN access for guests' free use, underfloor heating, and a 55-inch Wi-Fi TV with the option to set up a guest account for Amazon Prime, Netflix, etc.

All bathrooms have natural light and windows. The bedrooms are furnished with double beds (180 x 200 cm) without footboards.

The house offers fantastic views of the impressive mountain scenery (Wetterstein Mountains, Zugspitze, Alpspitze, Waxensteine, Kramer) and the surrounding harmonious landscape.

Payment terms and -periods

A deposit equivalent to 30% of the total amount and any cancellation insurance shall be made within 7 days. The second payment shall be made no later than six weeks before departure.

If you pay in two installments, you will receive an email with a reminder to pay the second installment one week before its term expires. If you leave within six weeks, you must make payment in one installment. When leaving within 14 days, you must make payment in one installment via credit card or PayPal.
