An electric barbecue is available for summer barbecues. The flat also has Wi-Fi, a bicycle stand next to the terrace, smoke detector, air purifier with Hepa14 filter, hand sanitiser dispenser, first aid kit and fire extinguisher. The flat was completely renovated in 2018. The electrics, water supply, floors, interior doors, exterior doors and windows as well as the entire furnishings were renewed and the entire flat is constantly maintained. After the booking confirmation, you must make a deposit equal to 20% of the total rental amount within 10 days. The second payment must be paid no later than 42 days before you leave. If you leave within six weeks, you must pay down the full amount immediately.
