Our holiday flat is located in the Olympic resort of Garmisch-Partenkirchen at the foot of the Zugspitze. Garmisch offers something for all ages. Skiing on World Cup pistes, cross-country skiing on well-groomed trails, visits to international winter sports events. Our holiday flat is a bright 70 m² non-smoking loft flat with upscale furnishings on the 2nd floor of a newly renovated house (completely refurbished) with underfloor heating and oiled floorboards. The flat is designed for 2 persons.

It has a bedroom with a double bed and a small dressing room. Perfectly equipped loft kitchen with dishwasher, fridge with freezer compartment, induction hob, built-in coffee machine for maximum coffee enjoyment, oven with grill, built-in steam oven, microwave, toaster and kettle. Raclette and wok on request. Living area with beautiful armchair set and large glass front with view of the mountains. 3 D television available, satellite reception. Luxurious bathroom with very large illuminated mirror cabinet and as a highlight: wellness massage steam shower with radio, hairdryer and towel warmer. The house has a small garden with barbecue area, garden furniture, garage and ski storage room. Washing machine and tumble dryer are available, as well as iron and ironing board. All table and bed linen, household towels, plenty of towels and cleaning products are available.

W-LAN with your own computer is free of charge, you can also make free calls to German landlines. 2 bicycles are available for free use.

After the booking confirmation, you must make a deposit equal to 20% of the total rental amount within 10 days. The second payment must be paid no later than 42 days before you leave. If you leave within six weeks, you must pay down the full amount immediately.
