On our website, you can view the apartment on a 360° tour. Welcome to our holiday apartment "Am Kurpark," Apartment 1****, 60 sq m for 4 people. The apartment is easily accessible by elevator. It is located in the Garmisch pedestrian zone, right next to the spa park and convention center. The apartment is modernly furnished, with a bathroom featuring a bathtub, washing machine and dryer, and two bedrooms. All beds have adjustable slatted frames and are equipped with hypoallergenic blankets and pillows. The kitchen is fully equipped, and there is free internet and telephone access, satellite TV, a flat-screen TV, and a stereo system. A parking space can be rented for €6 per day if needed.

Payment terms and -periods

A deposit equivalent to 30% of the total amount and any cancellation insurance shall be made within 7 days. The second payment shall be made no later than six weeks before departure.

If you pay in two installments, you will receive an email with a reminder to pay the second installment one week before its term expires. If you leave within six weeks, you must make payment in one installment. When leaving within 14 days, you must make payment in one installment via credit card or PayPal.
