The living/bedrooms are each equipped with a Smart TV, inviting you to cosy evenings in. Please note that a washing machine and tumble dryer are available for communal use in the building, making a longer stay even more comfortable.

Outside the flat, you can enjoy the fresh mountain air on the communal terrace or balcony. The garden, which is for communal use, is fully fenced so that guests with up to three large dogs can relax in peace while their four-legged friends play safely. For younger guests, there is even a playground in the garden to keep them amused and entertained.

Payment terms and -periods

After the booking confirmation, you must make a deposit equal to 20% of the total rental amount within 10 days. The second payment must be paid no later than 42 days before you leave. If you leave within six weeks, you must pay down the full amount immediately.
