It is located on the second floor of the house and can be reached via a separate staircase. The living room has an upholstered corner suite with a flat-screen TV and a reading corner. There is also a spacious kitchen with ceramic hob, dishwasher and dining area. One bedroom has a high-quality, 180 cm wide box-spring bed, the other has two single box-spring beds and a blackout blind. The bathroom is equipped with a walk-in shower, WC and double washbasin. There is also a hairdryer.

After the booking confirmation, you must make a deposit equal to 20% of the total rental amount within 10 days. The second payment must be paid no later than 42 days before you leave. If you leave within six weeks, you must pay down the full amount immediately.
