This 70 square metre flat with two bedrooms, two bathrooms, living room and balcony is located on the first floor of the house. The living room consists of a cosy seating area with sofa and flat screen TV, a dining area with table and four chairs as well as a fully equipped kitchenette with ceramic hob and dishwasher. One of the two bedrooms has a 180 cm wide box-spring bed, the other has two single box-spring beds. The windows are fitted with pleated blinds and blackout blinds. Both bathrooms are equipped with a shower, WC and washbasin and are located next to the bedrooms. A hairdryer is also available.

The south-facing balcony has a total length of twelve metres.

After the booking confirmation, you must make a deposit equal to 20% of the total rental amount within 10 days. The second payment must be paid no later than 42 days before you leave. If you leave within six weeks, you must pay down the full amount immediately.
