Open kitchen (2 ceramic glass hob hotplates, toaster, kettle, electric coffee machine). Shower/WC. Heating. Parquet floors. Balcony, south facing position. Balcony furniture. Beautiful panoramic view of the mountains. Facilities: children's high chair, baby cot. Please note: non-smokers only. Smoke alarm.

For shared use: children's playground. In the house: restaurant, sauna, washing machine (extra), tumble dryer (extra). Public parking on the road. Central parking spaces. Grocery, bakery 500 m, bus stop "Farchant Bahnhof" 850 m, railway station "Farchant" 850 m, outdoor swimming pool 600 m. Golf course (9 hole) 3 km, walking paths from the house 50 m, slopes 450 m, cross country ski track 200 m. Nearby attractions: Garmisch-Partenkirchen 6 km, Zugspitzbahn 6 km, Schloss Linderhof 21 km, Schloss Neuschwanstein 60 km. The owner does not accept any youth groups.

Payment terms and -periods
After the booking confirmation, you must make a deposit equal to 20% of the total rental amount within 10 days. The second payment must be paid no later than 42 days before you leave. If you leave within six weeks, you must pay down the full amount immediately.
