General

The holiday home for 14 persons has five bathrooms and five bedrooms. The holiday home is equipped with a TV (international channels) and a DVD player. In addition there is a garden (fenced), an air conditioner, a terrace, a barbecue and a swimming pool (with children's pool). You can park your car on a parking lot (indoor). The badroom is equipped with a shower.

The holiday home has a freezer, a Internet connection (ADSL, ISDN, wireless), a tumble dryer and a washing machine.

The Accommodation
Kimmelsbacher Hof is located on the southeastern edge of Kimmelsbach, a traditional Franconian village in the Haßberge Nature Park.
Originally built around 1830, the farmhouse has been carefully restored using natural materials while incorporating modern comforts such as photovoltaic panels, infrared ceiling heating and water treatment systems. Guests who appreciate creativity, comfort, tranquillity and nature will feel especially at home here.

Payment terms and -periods

After the booking confirmation, you must make a deposit equal to 20% of the total rental amount within 10 days. The second payment must be paid no later than 42 days before you leave. If you leave within six weeks, you must pay down the full amount immediately.
