The Waldblick loft has two bedrooms with underfloor heating, a cosy box-spring bed, satellite TV and a separate wardrobe for optimum comfort.

The living/dining/kitchen area forms a spacious and open-plan room. The couch in the living area can be used as a sofa bed to accommodate an additional 2 guests. The kitchen is fully equipped with an oven, induction hob and microwave. Numerous windows and a large panoramic door in the living room let in plenty of light and offer a wonderful view of the greenery.

The entire flat has been designed at ground level and is barrier-free.

The bathroom is characterised by its generous dimensions and offers a spacious, barrier-free shower with a suitable seat, a wheelchair-accessible washbasin and a toilet with a grab rail.

The outdoor area extends over a spacious terrace, which offers a breathtaking view of the green expanses, meadows and forests of the enchanting Allgäu. A selection of high-quality furniture and a barbecue are available for you to enjoy relaxing evenings in picturesque surroundings.

The holiday home is located in Buchenberg, a state-recognised climatic health resort since 1987, a distinction that underlines not only the relaxation but also the beneficial effects on health during a stay in Buchenberg.

Nestled in an environment of meadows and forests, Buchenberg lies at an altitude of around 1,000 metres above sea level. It is located in the pre-alpine hills and moorland on the south-western edge of the Kemptner Iller basin, at the transition to the Adelegg mountain range. This idyllic setting provides a picturesque backdrop for the holiday home and promises a relaxing and health-promoting atmosphere.

Right in the centre of the Hölzler mountain domicile, you will experience unique wellness offers that will give your holiday a special touch. A rustic wooden sauna, artistically designed in the style of a circus wagon, and a spacious whirlpool create an idyllic oasis of relaxation (wellness facilities can be used for an extra charge).

Payment terms and -periods

After the booking confirmation, you must make a deposit equal to 20% of the total rental amount within 10 days. The second payment must be paid no later than 42 days before you leave. If you leave within six weeks, you must pay down the full amount immediately.
