The flat has approx. 50m² and consists of a bedroom with two beds (double bed), a bathroom with shower, a kitchen, a dining and living room with sofa bed for an additional person, balcony and a parking space for a car. The kitchen has a fridge with freezer compartment, cooker and hob, extractor bonnet and much more. The bedroom has a double bed and large wardrobes. In the living room you have a flat screen TV and radio. Seating for 4 people is available. A cot and a high chair are available. Washing machine and tumble dryer are available in the house and can be used for a fee.

Bodenmais is a market town in the Lower Bavarian district of Regen and a climatic health resort. Bodenmais is the most popular holiday resort in the Bavarian Forest. It is known for its mine and the Silberberg. Bodenmais lies deep in the Bavarian Forest, south-west at the foot of the Großer Aber, with a population of around 3400. Sights include the visitor mine on the Silberberg with a show mine and several glass-blowing factories. The largest and most famous is the Joska glass-blowing factory. Beautiful excursion destinations are the Großer and Kleiner Arber, as well as the Großer and Kleiner Arbersee, Zwiesel, Regen, Deggendorf and Sankt Engelmar with the Waldwipfelweg and the Bodenmais activity centre. Indoor swimming pool, tennis courts, mini golf course and other facilities are on offer. (Hiking trails) Bodenmais offers a lot for its guests whether summer or winter. In about 5-10 minutes you are in the spa gardens and in the town centre. All shopping facilities (Aldi, Rewe, bakery, butcher) can be reached on foot in a few minutes. There is a wide range of good restaurants. Brand new: You will receive the "ArberAktivCard" on arrival. This card gives you free admission or other financial benefits to more than 50 indoor and outdoor swimming pools, leisure facilities, museums and selected ski lifts in Bodenmais and throughout the Bavarian Forest. The card is valid for all persons registered in the holiday flat and for the duration of your entire stay. Please note: The "ArberAktivCard" is not freely available for sale and can only be obtained together with a booking. The Card may be limited in its scope of services due to weather or operational reasons (e.g. when leisure facilities are on holiday).

After the booking confirmation, you must make a deposit equal to 20% of the total rental amount within 10 days. The second payment must be paid no later than 42 days before you leave. If you leave within six weeks, you must pay down the full amount immediately.
