Just 20 minutes drive to Eagles Nest and the Documentation Center. You reach Salzburg (international airport) within only 20 minutes by car. You get all of it: nature, relaxation, wellness, sports, the mountains and the city.
The appartement is an ideal starting point for activities like hiking, climbing, cycling and sightseeing. Those who prefer to relax find a perfect spa in Bad Reichenhall, called the "Rupertus Therme". Families with children will enjoy the slide and the indoor pools at the Watzmann Therme in Berchtesgaden.

After the booking confirmation, you must make a deposit equal to 20% of the total rental amount within 10 days. The second payment must be paid no later than 42 days before you leave. If you leave within six weeks, you must pay down the full amount immediately.
