The village (5000 inhabitants) is on the western edge of Spessart in Bavaria, with good connections for visiting Spessart, Mainfranken, Aschaffenburg (Pompejanum, castle, Park Schönbusch), Mespelbrunn (castle), Miltenberg, Wertheim, Lohr, Frankfurt, Darmstadt, Hanau, Offenbach, Wiesbaden, Würzburg, Heidelberg.

The minimum stay is 2 nights. Water, electricity and heating costs are included. Wi-Fi is free of charge. Bicycle parking and hire are available. The deposit is paid with the booking, the rest on arrival. Arrivals on agreement, latest 23.00. Departure by 10.00. Other times may be possible on request. The apartment is non-smoking. It is not barrier-free, nor suitable for very small children (stairs up 2.5 floors).

Payment terms and -periods

After the booking confirmation, you must make a deposit equal to 20% of the total rental amount within 10 days. The second payment must be paid no later than 42 days before you leave. If you leave within six weeks, you must pay down the full amount immediately.
