There are numerous restaurants and beer gardens in the neighbourhood. The nearby railway station gives you the opportunity to travel to Munich or Salzburg every hour within 1 hour. There are also buses from here to the surrounding villages and ski resorts. The Chiemsee bathing beach is about 10 minutes away by bike. Hiking and cycling trails lead directly past the accommodation.

After the booking confirmation, you must make a deposit equal to 20% of the total rental amount within 10 days. The second payment must be paid no later than 42 days before you leave. If you leave within six weeks, you must pay down the full amount immediately.
