Detailed information

The chalet was built in 2019 according to our own design and with great attention to detail on the grounds of the Lechner guesthouse.

Constructed using ecological building methods with high-quality, natural materials, including untreated, natural wood from our own forest and Swiss pine for the bedroom. Enjoy the summer sun and relax on our large lawn.

Behind the chalet, at the edge of the forest, is a stream and a small fishing pond with a jetty.

A barbecue area is available for a cozy evening grilling, and an air pool on the upper floor provides relaxation.

South- and east-facing larchwood terraces with garden furniture.

Garage for your bicycles and parking directly at the house.

Payment terms and -periods

A deposit equivalent to 30% of the total amount and any cancellation insurance shall be made within 7 days. The second payment shall be made no later than six weeks before departure.

If you pay in two installments, you will receive an email with a reminder to pay the second installment one week before its term expires. If you leave within six weeks, you must make payment in one installment. When leaving within 14 days, you must make payment in one installment via credit card or PayPal.
