Our holiday apartment is situated in a quiet and very sunny location in Maria-Gern, a valley near Berchtesgaden. From our large balcony, you have a unique view of the Watzmann, the Schönfeldspitze, and the Steinernes Meer. The apartment has two separate bedrooms. The bathroom has a shower and a bathtub. There is a separate toilet. You can barbecue in the comfortably furnished cabin by prior arrangement. Parking is available directly in front of the house. For parents with small children, we can provide a travel cot and a highchair.

Payment terms and -periods

A deposit equivalent to 30% of the total amount and any cancellation insurance shall be made within 7 days. The second payment shall be made no later than six weeks before departure.

If you pay in two installments, you will receive an email with a reminder to pay the second installment one week before its term expires. If you leave within six weeks, you must make payment in one installment. When leaving within 14 days, you must make payment in one installment via credit card or PayPal.
