The fully equipped Bauer holiday flat in the Bäderdreieck is characterised by its quiet yet central location. On a living space of 70 square metres you will find a cosy living-dining room with adjoining conservatory, a bedroom with double bed, another bedroom with two beds, a bathroom with walk-in shower and additional bathtub, as well as a separate kitchen. In summer, the covered terrace invites you to barbecue and in the garden you can relax on loungers. An underground car park and an above-ground parking space are available. There is a bakery within walking distance and the local supermarket is also not far away. Within a 10-minute walk you can reach the village's famous restaurant, where you can enjoy original Bavarian cuisine and indulge yourself. The bathing bus takes you comfortably and free of charge to Bad Birnbach. This wonderful holiday flat offers you a quiet location, a conservatory, a covered terrace and an underground car park. In addition, the towns of Bad Füssing, Birnbach and Griesbach are only a few kilometres away.

W-LAN in the entire area. The very cosily furnished living-dining room offers enough space for four people. Choose your favourite music and enjoy it on a high-quality stereo system. Of course, we have suitable and high-quality crockery. You can use the landline telephone free of charge. Enjoy the warming sun at breakfast in the conservatory and perhaps read the newspaper on your tablet. There are two parking spaces available in the underground car park (for one car and your bicycles). You can use your own washing machine free of charge in the communal laundry room.

There is a small table and bench on the covered terrace. A barbecue is available on request.

You can get delicious breakfast rolls from the bakery about 150 metres away. In the village we have an original Bavarian restaurant with a marvellous beer garden, only a 5-minute walk away. We also have a supermarket in Bayerbach.

Payment terms and -periods

After the booking confirmation, you must make a deposit equal to 20% of the total rental amount within 10 days. The second payment must be paid no later than 42 days before you leave. If you leave within six weeks, you must pay down the full amount immediately.
