A completely renovated small holiday apartment is currently being created in our house. This apartment features a small kitchen, a new bathroom with a rain shower, toilet, and sink, and a combined living and sleeping area with reclaimed wood paneling.

Photos of the apartment will be available from the beginning of April. The apartment is designed for 1-2 people.

Outdoors, you will find a lawn with sun loungers and parasols. From your apartment and the lawn, you have a fantastic view of Bad Reichenhall and its surrounding mountains. The Leitnerhof is situated on a slight elevation on the southern slopes of the Hochstaufen mountain. From your accommodation, you will enjoy a wonderful view of Bad Reichenhall and its mountains.

Payment terms and -periods

A deposit equivalent to 30% of the total amount and any cancellation insurance shall be made within 7 days. The second payment shall be made no later than six weeks before departure.

If you pay in two installments, you will receive an email with a reminder to pay the second installment one week before its term expires. If you leave within six weeks, you must make payment in one installment. When leaving within 14 days, you must make payment in one installment via credit card or PayPal.
