Our well-presented two-room holiday apartment is at Sinnberg, in a quiet location, a 20 to 25-minute walk from the centre of town and the healing springs.Lovely two-room apartment with practical and comfortable furnishing for 1-3 guests, in a quiet location, with Wi-Fi, a new kitchen with a dishwasher, a washing machine, and a parking space.

The 50m² apartment is on the ground floor of a single-family house with a total of two holiday apartments, consisting of a living room (TV, dining table, comfortable pull-out sofa as a bed for two further people), a bedroom with a double bed 180 x 200cm and a wardrobe, a new and fully-equipped kitchen (microwave, coffee machine, coffee filter, stove with oven, kettle, toaster, fridge with freezer compartment, dishwasher, crockery, tea towels, washing up liquid), and a bathroom with a bath, hairdryer, shampoo and soap. A flatscreen TV, Wi-Fi, iron, ironing board, vacuum cleaner, towels and bed linen are provided. Use of a washing machine is available for stays from 8 days.

The apartment has a little outdoor sitting area for use from April to October, accessed along garden stairs. There is a parking space in front of the house.

A local tourist tax is charged, payable locally. The apartment is non-smoking, but smoking is permitted outdoors. Pets are not allowed. Please note check-in from 14.00 to 21.00, check-out by 11.00. Minimum stay 3 nights.

It is a 7-minute walk to a bakery, butcher, pharmacy, post office and bank at Massaplatz and a 13-minute walk to a supermarket and two discount shops. There is a bus stop 60 metres away. It is recommended to visit the KissSalis thermal baths, one of the largest wellness centres in Europe, with a very wide range of fitness and wellness facilities (thermal baths landscape, sauna park, moor room, hammam, saline inhalation, wellness pavilion, fitness arena, massages), Halo therapy where you can enjoy a healthy microclimate (reduced price entry for our guests, please enquire), as well as Kneipp water treatments and movement training at Luitpoldpark. A wide range of activities are available in Bad Kissingen. You can go on hikes in the UNESCO world natural heritage biosphere reserve Rhön, on cycle tours, walks and trips in wonderful and pristine nature, golf at the first German golf course, climbing, riding, canoeing, tennis, casino, skiing, wine tasting – there is something for everyone. The events calendar is brimming with exceptional festivals such as the Kissinger Sommer (from June), Kissinger Winterzauber (winter magic, Dec-Jan), Rakozcy Fest (last weekend in July), Salinenfest (Sept.), historical castle festivals, cabaret autumn, theatre days, twice daily concerts and many other events such as the ADAC Sachs Franken Classic, adventure 4WD fair, Rakoczy riding tournament, dance competition, Piano Olympiad, junior football tournament, Rimini Cup. You can go on trips to Würzburg, Rothenburg ob der Tauber (lovely medieval Christmas town), Bamberg (UNESCO world cultural heritage site), Nürnberg (world-famous Christmas market, one of the most beautiful and traditional in Bavaria), the baroque town Fulda, or luxury shopping at the designer outlet “Wertheim Village”.

Payment terms and -periods

After the booking confirmation, you must make a deposit equal to 20% of the total rental amount within 10 days. The second payment must be paid no later than 42 days before you leave. If you leave within six weeks, you must pay down the full amount immediately.
