This family-run apartment building enjoys a very quiet location in Voglöd, part of the spa town of Bad Füssing in the Lower Bavarian spa triangle. The apartment building comprises three separate studios each for two people.

The studio has a balcony with garden furniture. You can share use of the big garden belonging to the house. You can park your car in a roofed parking space in the big carport free of charge, sheltered from wind and weather. There are other parking spaces right in front of the house. There is a storage room for your bicycles.

All the studios are on the first floor and measure around 33m². It has a living and sleeping room with a double bed (180 x 200cm), an open kitchen and a bathroom with a shower and WC. Each studio has central heating, satellite TV and a direct-dial telephone. The fully-equipped kitchenette provides a two-ring hob, a fridge, a coffee machine and crockery. You can enjoy a lovely view out onto open nature from the comfortable high-backed armchairs.

It is 5km to Europe’s largest spa baths landscape, with the three Bad Füssing thermal baths with their unique, sulphurous thermal mineral water. You can enjoy the soothing baths there and relax. There are hot and cold pools, swimming pools, whirlpools and massage jets. The Europa Therme has a unique 120-metre-long channel with water flowing at four different speeds. There are also two venues with different events every day such as opera, operettas and concerts from classical to modern, as well as Bavarian evenings, dance evenings, theatre performances and many society festivals in the area. Bad Füssing provides plenty of space and amenities for fun and sport outside in nature, with cycle and hiking paths inviting you to get to know the varied landscapes on cycle tours or extended walks. Trip destinations include the three rivers town of Passau, boat trips on the Danube and the Inn, the Unterer Inn reserve in Ering, the baroque town of Schärding in Upper Austria, Salzburg etc. There are shops and restaurants 4-5km away.

The accommodation is non-smoking and pets are not allowed.

Free wireless Internet access is available. The owner offers a bread rolls delivery service, bringing rolls to your door.

After the booking confirmation, you must make a deposit equal to 20% of the total rental amount within 10 days. The second payment must be paid no later than 42 days before you leave. If you leave within six weeks, you must pay down the full amount immediately.
