Our house Schuster-Bestl is only 200 metres away from the Soier See, also about 200 metres away are the shopping facilities such as the bakery, village shop and restaurants for a break. Just "round the corner" is the direct access to nature.

The large garden with sunbathing lawn, barbecue area and Mediterranean sun terrace invites you to linger and relax. Deckchairs and parasols are available free of charge.

This holiday flat is located on the ground floor, approx. 32 sqm, for max. 2 persons. Divided into a living/bedroom with double bed and sitting area, separate kitchen with dining area. It is rustic and fully furnished, i.e. with plenty of crockery, glasses and cutlery, bed linen, towels (changed as required). Additionally microwave, egg cooker, toaster, bread machine, coffee machine, kettle, oven, radio/CD, colour TV, central heating, shower/WC, hairdryer, radio alarm clock, telephone. Free car parking available at the house.

After the booking confirmation, you must make a deposit equal to 20% of the total rental amount within 10 days. The second payment must be paid no later than 42 days before you leave. If you leave within six weeks, you must pay down the full amount immediately.
