The spacious 3-room holiday flat 'Im Obstgarten' is, as the name suggests, in the middle of an orchard with over 100 fruit trees, some of them old, on the outskirts of the village of Lorenzenberg near Aßling in the district of Ebersberg.
The bright basement flat is furnished to a high standard and has a terrace and a garden area. Particularly suitable for families.
Wonderfully quiet location in the beautiful Upper Bavarian Alpine foothills with rolling hills. A very good starting point for Munich but also for the Chiemgau with the Chiemsee and the Bavarian Alps.

Lorenzenberg is beautifully situated in the southern district of Ebersberg approx. 28 km east of Munich.
The gentle hilly landscape around the village is typical of the foothills of the Alps and was formed by the last ice age.
Despite the rural surroundings, Lorenzenberg is very well connected to Munich, the Chiemgau region with Lake Chiemsee and the Bavarian Alps. The nearby train station in Aßling or the cultural and trade fair city of Munich as well as the idyllic Chiemgau or the edge of the Alps can be reached in around 30 minutes by car.
The small town is therefore the ideal starting point for every holidaymaker who wants to experience both Munich and rural Bavaria. Our proximity to the trade fair means that business travellers can relax in a peaceful atmosphere after a hard day's work.
