Our holiday home with five apartments for two to four people is located in the heart of the Berchtesgaden region, in a very sunny and quiet location with views of mountains and wooded hills. Apartment 4 is ideal for up to four guests and features two bedrooms, a large eat-in kitchen with a kitchenette equipped with a refrigerator, freezer, dishwasher, microwave, and oven, a sitting area with a sofa, a flat-screen TV, a bathroom with a bathtub and toilet, and a balcony.

Apartment 4 is 58 square meters. A garden shed, a large barbecue area, a lawn with sun loungers, table tennis, and a large children's playground complete the amenities. Parking is available free of charge.

We are happy to welcome well-behaved, house-trained dogs; however, they cannot be left unattended in the apartment. A cleaning fee of €30 will be charged.

Payment terms and -periods

A deposit equivalent to 30% of the total amount and any cancellation insurance shall be made within 7 days. The second payment shall be made no later than six weeks before departure.

If you pay in two installments, you will receive an email with a reminder to pay the second installment one week before its term expires. If you leave within six weeks, you must make payment in one installment. When leaving within 14 days, you must make payment in one installment via credit card or PayPal.
