The Sunnehüsli, a former farmhouse, enjoys a peaceful and idyllic location on the edge of the small Black Forest village of Wutach-Münchingen. The stable and barn are still standing.

This holiday home on a south-facing slope has been renovated inside and out. The property measures 1000 square meters and includes a fenced meadow and orchard.

Spread over two floors, you will find three bedrooms, a living room, a fully equipped kitchen, and a bathroom, accommodating a total of five to six people.

The furnishings reflect the rustic character of the holiday home and are a mix of carefully selected antique and modern pieces.

Heating is provided by a wood-burning and coal-fired tiled stove (warm air heating).

The holiday home features a spacious covered terrace and a large lawn for sunbathing. Table tennis is available in the barn.

Payment terms and -periods

A deposit equivalent to 30% of the total amount and any cancellation insurance shall be made within 7 days. The second payment shall be made no later than six weeks before departure.

If you pay in two installments, you will receive an email with a reminder to pay the second installment one week before its term expires. If you leave within six weeks, you must make payment in one installment. When leaving within 14 days, you must make payment in one installment via credit card or PayPal.
