Our quietly situated Kleinklausenhof farm offers a comfortably furnished holiday apartment with a balcony.

The open-plan kitchen/living room is fully equipped.

The living room also features a comfortable sofa, perfect for relaxing. The dining area with a table seats up to 6 people.

The bedroom has a double bed. The children's room has a bunk bed. The bathroom includes a toilet, shower, hairdryer, and towels.

There is plenty of space to play and relax in the garden and on our playground. In winter, you can go sledding right behind the farm.

Payment terms and -periods

A deposit equivalent to 30% of the total amount and any cancellation insurance shall be made within 7 days. The second payment shall be made no later than six weeks before departure.

If you pay in two installments, you will receive an email with a reminder to pay the second installment one week before its term expires. If you leave within six weeks, you must make payment in one installment. When leaving within 14 days, you must make payment in one installment via credit card or PayPal.
