Welcome to the beautiful Black Forest. We rent out a ground floor flat with terrace and garden and two attic flats in a quiet location on the outskirts of Rietheim, surrounded by beautiful countryside. The holiday flat promises a pleasant stay in Villingen-Schwenningen in the southern Black Forest. As a suburb of the Zähringer town, we are not far from the famous source of the Danube, between Lake Constance and Feldberg. Thanks to our central location, it is always possible to reach shopping facilities and many beautiful excursion destinations on foot, by bike or by car. For example, the beautiful flower island of Mainau, the Schaffhausen Rhine Falls in Switzerland, the Hohenzollern castles of Hechingen and Sigmaringen, various caves in the Swabian Alb and not forgetting the beautiful spas and saltwater baths in the surrounding area. With space for a maximum of 5 people, a play and sunbathing area, garden barbecue and terrace, it is ideal for families with children, but also for pupils/students and craftsmen. Free W-Lan is available in both holiday flats. We look forward to your visit.

After the booking confirmation, you must make a deposit equal to 20% of the total rental amount within 10 days. The second payment must be paid no later than 42 days before you leave. If you leave within six weeks, you must pay down the full amount immediately.
