You'll be staying in a two-family, eco-friendly house with new, high-quality furnishings in approximately 65 square meters.

On the south-facing balcony, you can relax and begin your vacation in a comfortable setting. The apartment features a fully equipped kitchen with an oven, dishwasher, coffee maker, toaster, kettle, and refrigerator with a freezer compartment. A washing machine is available for our long-term tenants during the winter months. Free Wi-Fi is provided.

In the bedroom, you can stretch out and enjoy a relaxing night's sleep on the 180 cm wide bed. Additional sleeping space is available on the comfortable sofa bed in the living room.

On the south-facing balcony, you can relax and begin your vacation in a comfortable setting.

Payment terms and -periods

A deposit equivalent to 30% of the total amount and any cancellation insurance shall be made within 7 days. The second payment shall be made no later than six weeks before departure.

If you pay in two installments, you will receive an email with a reminder to pay the second installment one week before its term expires. If you leave within six weeks, you must make payment in one installment. When leaving within 14 days, you must make payment in one installment via credit card or PayPal.
