The holiday home for 5 persons has three bathrooms and four bedrooms. The holiday home is equipped with a terrace, a sauna, a balcony, a garden (fenced) and a barbecue. You can park your car on a parking lot (indoor). The badroom is equipped with a shower.

Here you have the opportunity to rent a unique large Douglas fir log holiday home, idyllically situated in a district of 72226 Simmersfeld in the northern Black Forest. The climatic health resort of Simmersfeld is located in the centre of the Northern Black Forest, between Bad Wildbad and Freudenstadt, on an undulating high plateau with a particularly health-promoting stimulating climate in a magnificent Black Forest landscape.

The 10 beds (4 double beds, 2 single beds, 2 sofa beds), the living room, the fully equipped kitchen with adjoining dining area, 2 bathrooms and a separate WC are spread over 3 floors.
In the basement there is a modern cellar bar with projector, home cinema system, DVD player, music system, a bathroom with shower and WC and a parents' bedroom. A cot is available for younger guests (please bring your own bed linen).
In order to really enjoy the holiday atmosphere in the lovingly designed outdoor area. A large sauna facility with shower cubicle, WC and lounge area is available.
You can round off the evening in the cosy barbecue area with seating corner. There are comfortable lounge areas on the spacious terraces where you can switch off and relax.
Interior:
There are 2 televisions on the ground floor and in the attic. The basement and ground floor have a bathroom with shower and WC and there is a further WC on the top floor.
The kitchen is fully equipped and leaves nothing to be desired for the housewife. It has a cooker, fridge, microwave, dishwasher, coffee machine, crockery, pots and pans, cutlery and so on.

After the booking confirmation, you must make a deposit equal to 20% of the total rental amount within 10 days. The second payment must be paid no later than 42 days before you leave. If you leave within six weeks, you must pay down the full amount immediately.
