Bright, beautiful and modern furnishings: large living/sleeping room with 1 sofabed (80 cm, length 200 cm), 1 french bed (1 x 140 cm, length 200 cm), dining table and satellite TV (flat screen). Exit to the balcony. Small kitchen in the entrance (mini-oven, 2 induction hot plates, toaster, kettle, grill, electric coffee machine). Shower/WC. Heating. Large balcony 12 m2. Balcony furniture, deck chairs (1). Beautiful view of the lake, the garden, the resort and the forest. Facilities: Internet (WiFi, free). Garage at the house. Please note: non-smokers only. Maximum 2 pets/ dogs allowed. Smoke alarm, fire extinguisher. Two dog baskets and two bowls are available. The coffee machine is a capsule coffee machine.

Payment terms and -periods

After the booking confirmation, you must make a deposit equal to 20% of the total rental amount within 10 days. The second payment must be paid no later than 42 days before you leave. If you leave within six weeks, you must pay down the full amount immediately.
