The holiday home for 8 persons has two bathrooms and three bedrooms. The holiday home is equipped with a TV (international channels) and a DVD player. In addition there is a terrace, a garden and a barbecue. You can park your car on a parking lot (indoor). The badroom is equipped with a shower.

The holiday home has a washing machine, a tumble dryer, a freezer, a Internet connection (ADSL, ISDN and wireless).

Kitchen

The kitchen is equipped with a microwave, a dishwasher and an oven.

Enjoy a few days in the Black Forest, far away from mass tourism in the quiet Blasiwald directly on the Schluchsee and yet in the centre of the Black Forest Nature Park. And all this in a detached holiday home with 140m2 of space for the whole family.

With 2 bathrooms and 3 bedrooms, it is also suitable for 2 families. The Schluchseehuus is brand new and has only been available to rent since summer 2018. It is ideal for families who want to have a little space on holiday in the middle of the Schluchsee recreation area. Very well equipped, whether in the kitchen or in the living and dining area. In addition, there is a fire pit with a swing barbecue, a table tennis table, a trampoline, a hammock and of course our canopy lounger for relaxing on the 1000m2 property, which borders directly on the forest. The accommodation is a 10-minute walk from the beach. Equipped with flat screen TV (SAT), free WLAN, own washing machine and a Swedish stove for cold winter evenings. Wood for the Swedish stove is provided. You can park free of charge in a garage at the accommodation. A car charging point is available (for a fee).

We are a family from Switzerland who are happy to make the holiday home, which we also use ourselves, available in our free time. It is important to us to be able to rent out a holiday home with a personal ambience, so that you can really feel at home on holiday.

There is a 160 km network of well-signposted hiking trails nearby, ideal for hiking or cycling. A bike hire shop, also for electric bikes, is less than 10 minutes away. The nearby Schluchsee lake is ideal for swimming, fishing, diving, surfing and sailing. In winter, you can enjoy 60 km of cross-country ski trails. A 20-minute drive takes you to the ski area on the Feldberg, the highest mountain in the Black Forest. Breakfast is not provided, but can be enjoyed at the Blasiwälderhof, 3 minutes away. Freiburg is a 50-minute drive from the Schluchseehuus.

Payment terms and -periods

After the booking confirmation, you must make a deposit equal to 20% of the total rental amount within 10 days. The second payment must be paid no later than 42 days before you leave. If you leave within six weeks, you must pay down the full amount immediately.
