The holiday home for 5 persons has a bathroom and two bedrooms and is equipped with a double bed, two single beds and a single sofa bed. Our comfortable holiday apartment is located in the former offices of the Schluchsee Forestry Office. The impressive building, with its high ceilings and parquet floors, combined with modern amenities, creates a truly special ambiance. The apartment offers a large living room with panoramic windows overlooking the lake, an integrated open-plan kitchen, two generously sized bedrooms, a bathroom with a bathtub and shower, and a separate guest toilet. A south-facing patio provides direct access to the lakeside terrace and the garden with a lawn and barbecue area, all offering breathtaking views of the lake.

Payment terms and -periods

A deposit equivalent to 30% of the total amount and any cancellation insurance shall be made within 7 days. The second payment shall be made no later than six weeks before departure.

If you pay in two installments, you will receive an email with a reminder to pay the second installment one week before its term expires. If you leave within six weeks, you must make payment in one installment. When leaving within 14 days, you must make payment in one installment via credit card or PayPal.
