Guests enter with a hand-forged key and are welcomed by the warmth of timber beams and the hum of history, especially comforting during autumn storms.
The mill has even starred in an episode of Tatort, Germany’s iconic crime series, and remains a favorite among photographers and locals. Karin and her partner Gerd Hammerich, who run a furniture store nearby, treat the mill like family and continue to host guests with heartfelt hospitality.
Perfect for a relaxing holiday, possibly with your pet, the mill offers access to forest walks, the Stöcklewald tower (6 km), and cultural gems like the German Clock Museum and Phonograph Museum in St. Georgen. Payment terms and -periods
A deposit equivalent to 30% of the total amount and any cancellation insurance shall be made within 7 days. The second payment shall be made no later than six weeks before departure.
If you pay in two installments, you will receive an email with a reminder to pay the second installment one week before its term expires. If you leave within six weeks, you must make payment in one installment. When leaving within 14 days, you must make payment in one installment via credit card or PayPal.
