Upper floor: 1 large room with 1 double bed (160 cm, length 200 cm). 1 room with 2 beds (80 cm, length 200 cm). Bath/WC with corner bath. Underfloor heating. Large balcony, south-west facing position. Balcony furniture, electric barbecue (portable), box-room. Marvellous view of the mountains, the valley, the ski run and the resort. Facilities: children's high chair, baby cot for up to 2 year olds, hair dryer. Internet (WiFi, free). Parking (1 car), garage (1 car) at the house. Please note: non-smokers only. Private entrance, smoke alarm, fire extinguisher, no lift.

Payment terms and -periods
After the booking confirmation, you must make a deposit equal to 20% of the total rental amount within 10 days. The second payment must be paid no later than 42 days before you leave. If you leave within six weeks, you must pay down the full amount immediately.
