Charming, comfortable holiday apartment (in Salem, district of Neufrach, 7 km from Lake Constance), 40 m², with a bedroom. Ideal for couples. A uniquely designed bathroom for your enjoyment and relaxation. A 15 m² terrace in a sheltered location, surrounded by a lawn and herb garden. The Mediterranean-style courtyard invites you to unwind. The apartment is located on the edge of town, bordering an orchard. Our former doctor's office was extensively renovated in 2017 to create this cozy and charming holiday apartment. The apartment is individually planned and designed and is one of three attractive holiday apartments in the building.

Payment terms and -periods

A deposit equivalent to 30% of the total amount and any cancellation insurance shall be made within 7 days. The second payment shall be made no later than six weeks before departure.

If you pay in two installments, you will receive an email with a reminder to pay the second installment one week before its term expires. If you leave within six weeks, you must make payment in one installment. When leaving within 14 days, you must make payment in one installment via credit card or PayPal.
