The holiday home for 2 persons has a bathroom and a bedroom and is equipped with a double bed or two single beds and a single sofa bed. The holiday home is equipped with a TV and a stereo. In addition there is a barbecue and a terrace. You can park your car on a parking lot. The badroom is equipped with a washbasin, a toilet and a shower.

The holiday home has a tumble dryer, a fridge, a washing machine and a Internet connection (wireless).

Kitchen

The kitchen is equipped with a dishwasher, a microwave, a coffee maker and an oven.

This cozy detached holiday home is a perfect little hideaway for two people, making it ideal for a couple’s getaway or a quiet solo retreat. With 36 m² of space, it offers everything you need for a comfortable stay. On the first floor, there’s a welcoming living and dining area with a sofa bed, TV, and stereo, creating a nice spot to relax after a day out. The adjoining kitchenette comes fully equipped with a coffee machine, oven, microwave, dishwasher, and all the essentials for preparing meals at home.

The bedroom can be set up with either a double bed or two single beds, depending on your preference, while the bathroom features a shower, washbasin, and toilet. Guests also have access to modern conveniences such as Wi-Fi, a washing machine, and a tumble dryer. Outside, the private terrace with a barbecue invites you to enjoy long summer evenings, and there’s a parking space available for your car.

The house is located in Rottweil-Bühlingen, a peaceful district of Rottweil, Germany’s oldest town. Just a short distance away, you can wander through Rottweil’s charming medieval old town, admire its historic towers, or visit the Thyssenkrupp Test Tower for panoramic views over the Black Forest and the Swabian Alps. On-site costs

Payment terms and -periods

A deposit equivalent to 30% of the total amount and any cancellation insurance shall be made within 7 days. The second payment shall be made no later than six weeks before departure.

If you pay in two installments, you will receive an email with a reminder to pay the second installment one week before its term expires. If you leave within six weeks, you must make payment in one installment. When leaving within 14 days, you must make payment in one installment via credit card or PayPal.
