The holiday home for 5 persons has two bathrooms and two bedrooms and is equipped with a single fold-away bed, two single beds and three double beds. The holiday home is equipped with two stereos, a fireplace, four heaters, two radios, a heater, three televisions and two CD players. In addition there is a football table, a terrace and a garden and there are three sets of garden furniture. You can park your car on a parking lot (for rent). The badroom is equipped with a bidet, a hairdryer, a Turkish steam bath, three showers, three washbasins and a bath.

On the ground floor, there is a living area with a fireplace where you can leave the everyday world behind. The luxurious kitchen will surely delight culinary enthusiasts. Games for children are available in the house. A south-facing terrace with a garden invites you to sunbathe, relax, and barbecue. Comfortable sun loungers, garden chairs, a barbecue, etc., are provided. A tall, natural hedge ensures privacy in the garden. Wi-Fi and a tablet are available in the living area for uninterrupted internet access. Many games for children are available. From the large living room with dining area, a large wooden table for at least six people offers a view of the south-facing garden with direct access via a staircase leading down to the terrace. The cozy living room features a marble fireplace, a leather sofa, and comfortable armchairs. Bed linens, towels, and bathrobes are provided. Hand and bath towels are included. The lower level also includes two bedrooms (or more upon request): one double bedroom and one single bedroom. A baby cot can be provided if needed. Upstairs in the attic gallery, there is an additional king-size bed (2x2 meters) and a single bed. In winter, you can experience the magical, snow-covered paths in Glashütten. Winter sports in the Hotzenwald and surrounding area await you. A sled is available for your use in the garage. The steam sauna offers a relaxing end to cold winter days. The golden autumn days can be enjoyed with beautiful hikes, walks in the surrounding area as well as excursions to nearby Switzerland and France.

Payment terms and -periods

A deposit equivalent to 30% of the total amount and any cancellation insurance shall be made within 7 days. The second payment shall be made no later than six weeks before departure.

If you pay in two installments, you will receive an email with a reminder to pay the second installment one week before its term expires. If you leave within six weeks, you must make payment in one installment. When leaving within 14 days, you must make payment in one installment via credit card or PayPal.
