Our vacation apartment was completed in May 2020.
A beautiful, modern, clean, and high-quality furnished 3-room apartment awaits you.

In May 2023, our apartment was classified and awarded 5 stars by the German Tourism Association (DTV).

The apartment is located on the 2nd floor and is 115 square meters in size. It can accommodate 6 people (2 of whom can sleep on a sofa bed).

The apartment has 2 double bedrooms (an extra bed is available), a spacious entrance area with an open kitchen and office corner. A guest toilet, a large living-dining area, and a balcony that runs almost around the entire house.

The high-quality bathroom was completed in May 2020 and, with its new walk-in shower, is a true wellness oasis.

Payment terms and -periods

A deposit equivalent to 30% of the total amount and any cancellation insurance shall be made within 7 days. The second payment shall be made no later than six weeks before departure.

If you pay in two installments, you will receive an email with a reminder to pay the second installment one week before its term expires. If you leave within six weeks, you must make payment in one installment. When leaving within 14 days, you must make payment in one installment via credit card or PayPal.
