Detailed information
The holiday flat is located in a modern development area near Friedrichshafen (8 km) in the basement of our house. Despite its location in the basement, the flat is bright and friendly and pleasantly cool in summer.
Here in Oberteuringen you will find everything for your daily needs, such as grocery shops, pharmacy, petrol station, bank, restaurant and bar. You can reach everything within the village on foot.
The nearby nature reserve invites you to take long walks.
The holiday flat is very well equipped. In the kitchen you will find: toaster, kettle, egg cooker, mini oven, microwave, coffee machine (filter or capsule (Tassimo)).
In the living room you will find a large Smart TV and a stereo system. If the TV programme or the weather is not suitable, there are plenty of films and books to pass the time.
The bedroom offers plenty of storage space so that you don't have to live out of a suitcase. The left and right-hand sections of the wardrobe are completely at your disposal, as is the entire sideboard.
The entire flat has underfloor heating and a ventilation system. All windows can be darkened with shutters, and fly screens are fitted in the living room and bedroom.
Unfortunately, we were unable to realise a terrace for the granny flat during construction. We occasionally had a seating area in the car park, but it was hardly ever used. It's not that cosy. So unfortunately there is no garden or terrace to share.
The Lake Constance district offers numerous excursion possibilities and sights. Here in the border triangle, Switzerland and Austria can of course also be reached by car in about 30-60 minutes.
