White and turquoise tones give the large, open-plan living and dining room a summery, beachy feel. Guests can stretch out comfortably on the cozy white sofa and snuggle into the cushions. Or watch the latest news, sports, or their favorite TV series. Gathering together, enjoying a meal, and gazing at the lake is also possible at the central dining table. Right next to it is the well-equipped kitchen, perfect for cooking and baking. And afterward, you'll have plenty of time, because the dishwasher takes care of the dishes.

... With its abundance of white and warm wooden flooring, the bedroom with a double bed has a relaxed feel, especially since a door leads directly to the terrace. In the adjacent room, two more guests can enjoy a restful night's sleep in a 140cm bed. Opposite is the bathroom, which was completely renovated in early 2025 (no photos available yet) and features a large walk-in shower and a toilet with a bidet function.

By the way: Anyone who sits on this large balcony and enjoys the view of the lake and the surrounding nature will feel that moments of happiness last a little longer here. There is a parking space in the garage for your car and a bicycle storage room for your bikes. The elevator is available with some restrictions.

Payment terms and -periods

A deposit equivalent to 30% of the total amount and any cancellation insurance shall be made within 7 days. The second payment shall be made no later than six weeks before departure.

If you pay in two installments, you will receive an email with a reminder to pay the second installment one week before its term expires. If you leave within six weeks, you must make payment in one installment. When leaving within 14 days, you must make payment in one installment via credit card or PayPal.
