The spacious Seeblick apartment, approximately 60 sq m, is situated on the top floor and boasts an impressive 4.5 m ceiling height in the living and dining room. Floor-to-ceiling windows provide fantastic views of the lake and mountains.

The generously sized bedroom features a double bed, a wardrobe, and a table for luggage storage.

A smaller bedroom with a single bed, which can also be converted into a double bed, is also available.

The bathroom is newly renovated and features a walk-in shower.

The apartment's balcony is located off the entrance and offers seating for four people.

The house is situated in a very quiet location with beautiful views of the lake, mountains, and garden.

A deposit equivalent to 30% of the total amount and any cancellation insurance shall be made within 7 days. The second payment shall be made no later than six weeks before departure.

If you pay in two installments, you will receive an email with a reminder to pay the second installment one week before its term expires. If you leave within six weeks, you must make payment in one installment. When leaving within 14 days, you must make payment in one installment via credit card or PayPal.
