The almost completely renovated two-room apartment, furnished with new furniture throughout, features a sunny south-facing balcony and is situated in Langenargen, near the town center and just a short walk from Lake Constance.

From the bedroom and living room, you have direct access to the spacious, covered south-facing balcony, furnished with comfortable lounge furniture. The high-quality sofa bed (140x200cm) in the light-filled living/dining room can be converted into a sleeping space for children if needed. The fully equipped kitchen with an induction cooktop, dishwasher, oven, toaster, and coffee maker offers everything you need for a relaxing holiday. A bathroom with a bathtub completes the amenities.

The apartment offers ideal conditions for a "workation" and features high-speed internet, a LAN connection in the bedroom, and a mobile desk that can be set up as needed. This ensures that nothing stands in the way of your home office while on vacation.

``` The apartment includes an underground parking space, as well as a bicycle storage room. We are happy to provide baby equipment (cot and highchair) free of charge upon request.

Payment terms and -periods

A deposit equivalent to 30% of the total amount and any cancellation insurance shall be made within 7 days. The second payment shall be made no later than six weeks before departure.

If you pay in two installments, you will receive an email with a reminder to pay the second installment one week before its term expires. If you leave within six weeks, you must make payment in one installment. When leaving within 14 days, you must make payment in one installment via credit card or PayPal.
