The stylish and comfortably furnished Seezauber holiday apartment offers couples and small families with up to two adults and two children the ideal place for a relaxing getaway on Lake Constance. The newly renovated one-room apartment is centrally located, just 100 meters from the lake – perfect for spontaneous walks along the water, excursions, or a refreshing dip.

The combined living and sleeping area is bright, modern, and functionally equipped. A comfortable double bed, a sofa bed for children, and a modern kitchenette with two induction cooktops and a dishwasher ensure everyday comfort. The interior bathroom has a shower, and the spacious, covered balcony is perfect for relaxing outdoors at the end of the day.

A fast internet connection makes the apartment ideal for a stay with a home office. We are happy to provide a baby cot and highchair upon request. A private washing machine in the basement and an underground parking space complete the offering. The apartment is located on the raised ground floor of the first floor and is accessible by elevator, making it almost barrier-free. Only about eight steps lead directly to the apartment door.

Payment terms and -periods

A deposit equivalent to 30% of the total amount and any cancellation insurance shall be made within 7 days. The second payment shall be made no later than six weeks before departure.

If you pay in two installments, you will receive an email with a reminder to pay the second installment one week before its term expires. If you leave within six weeks, you must make payment in one installment. When leaving within 14 days, you must make payment in one installment via credit card or PayPal.
