The modern holiday flat is located on the ground floor of a two-family house in a quiet side street. It is accessible via a separate entrance.
Outside, guests have access to a private patio with garden furniture and their own car parking space. The landlord lives in the same house on the 1st floor and in the attic.
The comfortable flat offers 105 square metres of space for up to six people. It was completely renovated and refurnished in spring 2015. It has two large bedrooms, one of which is furnished with a double bed (180 x 200 cm) and one with two single beds (90 x 200 cm). Two more beds can be found in the living room on the comfortable sofa, which can be converted into a double bed (200 x 200 cm). An open fireplace and a television provide cosy hours in this bright and friendly room. The kitchen is new and equipped with everything you need for cooking. The separate dining room is spacious and can seat six people on the benches and chairs around the table. The bathroom is also modern with a corner bath (incl. shower), washbasin and WC. All rooms can be heated and Internet access (WLAN) is also available.
A well-stocked supermarket is about 500 metres away.
