The holiday home for 4 persons has a bathroom and two bedrooms and is equipped with two double beds. The holiday home is equipped with a radio, a TV, a heather and a heater. In addition there is a set of garden furniture and a balcony. You can park your car on a parking lot. The badroom is equipped with a shower and a toilet.

The holiday home has a Internet connection (wireless), a washing machine and a fridge-freezer.

Children

Especially for (young) children, there is a high chair and a cot.

The kitchen is equipped with a coffee maker and an oven.

Well-maintained holiday apartment with a balcony and a wonderful view, located on the first floor of a former farm on the outskirts of the village on a garden/natural plot (2,000 sqm) on a gentle slope in the Hornberg district of Niederwasser. This resort is surrounded by forests, mountains, and meadows, and offers well-marked hiking trails, allowing you to enjoy beautiful panoramic views of the surrounding mountains while hiking through sunny valleys. The traffic-calmed town center also allows for leisurely shopping. Treat yourself to a break with a stop at one of the lovely beer gardens in the town and indulge yourself in the city of the world-famous Hornberg Shooting Festival. The famous Hornberg Clock Games, where, among other things, the cuckoo greets you every half and full hour from an approximately 11-meter-high cuckoo clock, will leave you smiling and round off this pleasant holiday experience.
Nearby activities: Hornberg offers well-developed hiking trails, diverse Nordic walking routes, and diverse mountain bike trails. Touring cyclists will find their fill on the Kinzig Valley Cycle Path. Enjoy and explore the typical Black Forest landscape. The tourist office offers bicycles and e-bike rentals. Day trips to Villingen, Freiburg, Stuttgart, and Strasbourg are just as worthwhile as trips to the Lake Constance region, Titisee, Schluchsee, or Feldberg.

Details

It is strictly forbidden to organise any student party, bachelor party or drinking party in this house not suitable for people with reduced mobility. The landlord lives in the same house. Both bedrooms have a sink.

Payment terms and -periods

A deposit equivalent to 30% of the total amount and any cancellation insurance shall be made within 7 days. The second payment shall be made no later than six weeks before departure.

If you pay in two installments, you will receive an email with a reminder to pay the second installment one week before its term expires. If you leave within six weeks, you must make payment in one installment. When leaving within 14 days, you must make payment in one installment via credit card or PayPal.
