Upper floor: 1 room with 1 double bed (2 x 90 cm, length 200 cm), satellite TV (flat screen). 1 room with 2 beds (90 cm, length 200 cm). Sep. WC. Heating. Large balcony, large patio, lawn 800 m2. Balcony furniture, barbecue, deck chairs (4). Marvellous panoramic view of Alps. Facilities: washing machine, mosquito net, children's high chair, hair dryer. Internet (WiFi). Parking at the house. Please note: non-smoking house. Maximum 1 pet/ dog allowed. Smoke alarm, fire extinguisher. Both TVs are SMART TVs. When there are less than the maximum number of guests staying at the property, not all of the bedrooms will be available for use.

Payment terms and -periods
After the booking confirmation, you must make a deposit equal to 20% of the total rental amount within 10 days. The second payment must be paid no later than 42 days before you leave. If you leave within six weeks, you must pay down the full amount immediately.
