The holiday home is equipped with three televisions, two radios, a DVD player, a heather, a stereo, a CD player and a heater. In addition there is a garden and a terrace and there are two sets of garden furniture. You can park your car on a parking lot (for rent). The badroom is equipped with a hairdryer, a shower and two washbasins.

The holiday home has a fridge, a freezer and a washing machine.

Children

Especially for (young) children, there is toys, a cot and a cot and there are two high chairs.

Kitchen

The kitchen is equipped with a dishwasher and a coffee maker.

Detailed information

Pure nature in the Black Forest. Our holiday apartment is located on the ground floor of our detached house. It has a separate entrance and a terrace with a lawn and playground for your exclusive use. We are the ideal starting point for leisure, sports, and cultural activities in the region, or for day trips in the border region of Germany, France, and Switzerland.

The apartment is comfortably furnished. Bed linens and towels are provided in unlimited quantities.

Adjoining the bedroom is a children's room with a crib and changing table. For an older child, we are happy to exchange the crib for a larger bed.

The living/dining room features two very comfortable wall-mounted fold-down beds. The bathroom is modern and completely renovated.

Payment terms and -periods

A deposit equivalent to 30% of the total amount and any cancellation insurance shall be made within 7 days. The second payment shall be made no later than six weeks before departure.

If you pay in two installments, you will receive an email with a reminder to pay the second installment one week before its term expires. If you leave within six weeks, you must make payment in one installment. When leaving within 14 days, you must make payment in one installment via credit card or PayPal.
