The entrance to the approx. 50m² holiday flat is on the ground floor of the house and offers space for two to three people. In the open-plan living, dining and cooking area you will find a fully equipped kitchenette. In addition to all the important kitchen utensils, there is also a toaster, a kettle, an electric hob and an oven. The dining table not only invites you to eat together but also to socialise. In the adjoining living area, a sofa corner with a TV invites you to linger. The sofa can also be used as a sofa bed (185cm x 125cm). A staircase takes you to the first floor, where you will find the cosy bedroom with a double bed. The shower room with hairdryer and WC completes the offer.

After the booking confirmation, you must make a deposit equal to 20% of the total rental amount within 10 days. The second payment must be paid no later than 42 days before you leave. If you leave within six weeks, you must pay down the full amount immediately.
