This 1.5-room apartment (approx. 43 m²) is located in Wiehre, one of Freiburg's most desirable residential areas. It's a new building completed in January 2010.

The Old Town and the Freiburg Minster are just a short walk away. The building has an underground parking garage (duplex parking up to 165 cm high) and an elevator. The apartment is on the 3rd floor and consists of a spacious living/sleeping area, bathroom, kitchen, and balcony.

The bathroom features a shower, granite flooring, and a designer sink. The apartment has dark walnut parquet flooring and underfloor heating. A USM shelving unit serves as a room divider, behind which is the bed with a glass headboard.
